How do I scan a meal or a drink?
Tap the + button, then Scan food, and take a photo. Zerga estimates its added and natural sugar in about 3 seconds. You can also scan a barcode, search our food database, or add sugar manually. Every value can be edited before you save it.
What's the difference between natural and added sugar?
Natural sugar is found in whole fruit, vegetables and plain milk or yogurt. Added sugar is put in during cooking or processing, plus honey, syrups and fruit juice. Only added sugar counts toward your daily limit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Zerga and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. Then tap Restore at the bottom of the subscription screen in Zerga.
How do I delete my account?
In Zerga, open Profile and tap Delete account. Your account and all your data are permanently deleted. If you have a subscription, cancel it in your iPhone Settings too.
